Yesterday, Phoebe attended the 2022 Prince’s Trust Gala in New York City! It was great to see Phoebe out again. She looked beautiful in a silk Louis Vuitton dress. Her make-up was all Charlotte Tilbury of course. You can see all the products that were used here!
